The Opportunity: We’re looking for a parental leave contract for 12 months ideally starting early October. This role is broader than most underwriting roles where you will have a strong focus on relationship management, facility operations and business development. In this role you will be responsible for both our insurer partners and internal brokers. Key responsibilities include broker and insurer onboarding and training, managing the day-to‑day facility operations, tracking monthly performance, conducting detailed quarterly reviews with insurer partners, and working closely with brokers and senior managers to drive facility adoption across the business. The ideal candidate will have: Underwriting experience – at least four years ideally in commercial property and liability space Relationship management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills This is an exciting time to join the Howden Team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
