What you'll bring You're likely an experienced real estate sales leader, branch manager, business owner, or top performing salesperson ready for the next step. You don't need a Branch Manager licence to apply but do need the desire to work towards one and we will assist you to achieve this. What matters most is how you lead, coach, and build trust fast.
