New World Westend Rotorua is looking for an enthusiastic Store Merchandising Assistant to join our Grocery team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. About the Role As a Store Merchandising Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our store is presented to the highest standard at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining attractive displays, replenishing stock, rotating products, and helping create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Merchandising and replenishing stock Building and maintaining eye-catching displays Rotating stock and checking product quality Ensuring shelves are well presented and fully stocked Assisting customers with enquiries and product knowledge Handling customer concerns professionally Contributing to a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business What We’re Looking For The successful applicant will have: Excellent merchandising and presentation skills Strong organisational and self-management abilities Good verbal and written communication skills A high level of attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling tasks Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and hours A positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer At New World Westend, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive workplace where our team members can grow and develop their careers.
