About the Role: We’re looking for a Window Cleaning Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll not only deliver outstanding cleaning services but also contribute to the growth of our business by building client relationships and driving repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Clean windows, frames, and tracks to a high standard for both residential and commercial properties. Perform additional services such as house washing, pressure washing, and high dusting as required. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including ladders, squeegees, and pressure washers. Promote the company’s services to clients during and after jobs, focusing on upselling and securing repeat business. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and professionalism. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations. Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, sales, and repeat business. Contribute to company brand awareness through high-quality service and occasional participation in local marketing initiatives. What We’re Looking For: A detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Previous experience in window cleaning, exterior maintenance, or sales is an advantage (training provided for the right candidate). Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions. Physically fit and capable of handling equipment. Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
