Beyond Recruitment – Christchurch, South Island We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join a busy commercial construction project and support the day-to-day delivery of site activities. Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the project through coordination of trades, QA processes, documentation, and general site administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of construction experience who enjoys being on-site, takes ownership of their work, and can operate confidently in a fast-paced live construction environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of subcontractors and site activities Manage and maintain QA documentation and project records Support site administration, reporting, and document control Monitor project progress and help resolve day-to-day site issues Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication Provide general support to the Site Manager as required About You 2+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or similar construction role, especially in live environments. Strong organisational and time management skills Confident using construction software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach Experience working on commercial construction projects is preferred What's On Offer Immediate start available 3-4 month contract assignment Exposure to a busy and active commercial construction project Opportunity to work alongside an experienced site team Competitive hourly rate of $55 - $65 p/h Ref: 133442 #J-18808-Ljbffr
