Prime Kitchens is looking for an experienced and highly organised Joinery Installation Project Manager to coordinate projects through the final stages of delivery and ensure every installation is completed to an exceptional standard. This position may suit an experienced joinery installer looking to step into a project management role. We are also interested in hearing from capable project managers with a background in shopfitting, commercial interiors, cabinetry or related trades. About the role You will be responsible for coordinating joinery installations, managing relationships with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standard. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and coordinating joinery installations Conducting accurate site measures Reviewing and interpreting plans Liaising with clients, contractors, installers and internal teams Monitoring project timelines and resolving issues as they arise Inspecting completed installations and ensuring a high-quality finish Taking ownership of projects through to final completion and sign-off Completing or coordinating minor onsite remedial work where required About you You will be practical, well organised and comfortable taking responsibility for multiple projects. You will also bring: Experience in joinery installation, shopfitting, commercial interiors, cabinetry or a related field Strong project management and organisational skills A good understanding of installation and construction processes Confidence completing accurate site measures and interpreting plans Clear written and verbal communication The ability to build effective relationships with clients and contractors A strong eye for accuracy, quality and detail A solutions-focused and accountable approach The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team A trade qualification in joinery, furniture making, cabinetmaking or a related discipline would be beneficial but is not essential.
