As our Network discipline continues to grow, we’re looking for Intermediate to Senior Network Engineers to join our team in Christchurch and help shape what’s next. About the Role As an Intermediate or Senior Network Engineer , you'll use your expertise and the knowledge of the team to deliver industry-leading network solutions to our customers. This will involve taking on projects that will stretch you to develop your technical skills, leveraging the power of modern networking technologies such as ZTNA, SASE and Cloud Networking along with traditional routing, switching and Wi‑Fi to create solutions that make a real difference. We keep our systems simple and agile so that we are not constrained by processes and procedures. Rather than offering "out-of-the-box" solutions, you'll have the autonomy to use a customer‑focused, cross‑team approach to ensure we deliver the best possible solution to address the customer’s key problems. Key responsibilities Engage directly with diverse enterprise clients, translating their visions and operational needs into technical realities Implement industry‑leading solutions, leveraging both your expertise and the collective knowledge of our team Support and administer enterprise network environments Learning forms an essential part of your week, so you’ll be expected to engage in regular, ongoing training. We invest heavily in upskilling our people by funding training, exams, and any resources needed to gain new certifications. Our work is primarily project and consulting focused, with a growing component of ongoing support. We expect our engineers to be equally comfortable delivering customer outcomes and troubleshooting complex networking issues when required. The technical skills and capabilities we’re looking for are as diverse as our customers are, however, some of your skills might include: ZTNA/SASE/SSE (Netskope, Cloudflare, Prisma, Fortinet) Wireless (Juniper Mist, Aruba and Fortinet, cloud-based wireless management platforms) Switching (Juniper, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco) Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) Access control platforms (Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE) Automation (Cloud management platforms, scripting and execution environments, consuming REST APIs) Working with a diverse range of customers and industries, non-technical skills are also of great importance to us. Strong interpersonal skillsand an ability to build & maintain lasting relationships with customers. Previous experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
