This is a dynamic, fast-paced field role designed for a true "hunter"—someone who thrives on building new business, maximizing opportunities, and managing a large, diverse territory. If you possess sharp commercial acumen, a relentless drive for results, and the ability to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you. The Role Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be the face of our brands across the entire South Island. This is a high-travel position that requires autonomy, resilience, and a hands-on approach to relationship management. You will be responsible for servicing existing accounts while pursuing and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Territory Ownership: Manage and grow the South Island customer base, ensuring maximum brand exposure and market penetration. Business Development: Actively source, pitch, and close new business opportunities to expand our reach in the region. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with buyers and managers, acting as a trusted commercial advisor. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets. Commercial Acumen: You have a deep understanding of sales dynamics and are capable of driving profitability and growth. System Proficiency: You must have a strong working knowledge ofSAPBusiness Oneto manage orders, inventory, and reporting accurately and efficiently. Resilience & Drive: You are comfortable with high-frequency travel and the demands of managing a large territory independently. Experience: Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Passion: Have a keen interest in puzzles, toys and or tabletop games.
