About the Role As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will coordinate and facilitate education programmes that enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and professional practice within the ICU. You will deliver unit-based learning opportunities, support staff development, and act as a clinical resource, mentor, and role model for nursing staff.
