We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to take charge of our Afternoon Shift Distribution team at our busy Distribution Centre. What You’ll Do As a key member of the Distribution leadership team, you’ll report to the Warehouse Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient flow of products across our network. You’ll: Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver top results every shift. Champion Health & Safety best practices — keeping your team and workplace safe. Drive order-picking efficiency and accuracy. Ensure inventory management and stock rotation are on point. Maintain high standards of customer service — both internal and external. Meet delivery schedules with precision and professionalism. What You’ll Bring 2-3 years' experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Centre environment (food industry experience an advantage) Proven leadership and people management skills Strong organisational, analytical, and computer skills A practical mindset and ability to solve problems on the go Excellent communication and time management abilities A commitment to Health & Safety — you walk the talk What Success Looks Like You lead by example — your team feels supported, motivated, and clear on expectations.
