Assistant Branch Manager - BNT Rotorua

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated people leader to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our branch!

As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving branch success — overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results.

You’ll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch. Plus, you’ll be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
• A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!
