What You'll Be Doing

Helping the team to learn and grow faster by being closer to our customers and fans
Posting to create noise and sales everyday, with scheduled weekends
Reaching new people on TikTok, IG, FB and YouTube
Collecting real people posts (UGC)
Generating PR mentions (blogs, articles, shows)
Messaging creators every day and ensuring fast replies to creators and comments
Tracking and reporting what works and what doesn’t
Collecting and filing all content in one place
Ad hoc tasks and projects

What We're Looking For

A graduate with a love of marketing and at least 2+ years experience

Solid experience doing the same core work to a high standard

A working style where you consistently get stuck in and get stuff done – this is important for team fit as everyone is focused and has a busy job

A willingness to give new things a go, inquisitive by nature, straight up and able to speak up – we want to know what you think

Really well organised and tidy, strong attention to detail, with a love of perfect filing and creating order along the way

Someone who loves to learn and enjoys a laugh

Adobe suite experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
