Five Forty Five 2024 Limited – Wellington Central, North Island This is a varied and hands-on role combining luxury retail sales, customer service, e-commerce support, and digital marketing. Working as part of a small team, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping to grow FiveFortyFive's brand, online engagement, and sales. The role requires individuals who are equally comfortable engaging with customers in-store, creating compelling social media content, processing online orders, and supporting day-to-day business operations. Key responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in-store. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide guidance and advice on new and pre-owned luxury watches. Support customers throughout the sales journey, from initial enquiry to purchase. Maintain a professional and inviting showroom environment. Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the FiveFortyFive brand. Grow FiveFortyFive's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Create engaging content showcasing watches, client stories, and brand activity. Photograph and film products for social media and online channels. About you Experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content. Strong working knowledge of Canva and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A customer-focused mindset and professional approach. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team environment. Professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Creative with a strong eye for visual content.
