Skills & Experience

10+ years’ experience in software engineering, including team leadership

Technology agnostic as this is a green‑fields build

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud systems, and integrations

Proven experience mentoring engineers and scaling engineering culture

Effective communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences

Agile delivery mindset with strong prioritisation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
