Key responsibilities This position is responsible for planning and organising the creation, preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. The role requires the ability to work independently with a strong emphasis on impeccable food hygiene practices. Depending on your skill set, you will be working across larder, hot-line and/or dessert sections. The role includes preparing staff meals for the wider hotel.
