Vocational Rehabilitation Service Provider - Motus Health Group Vocational Rehabilitation Service Provider Motus Health Network We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vocational Rehabilitation Services Provider to join our Motus Community Contracts team. Our multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists and falls prevention providers, supported by a team of Contract Coordinators who help keep the work flowing. Working across a range of ACC services in Canterbury, your primary focus will be Vocational Rehabilitation, supporting clients to recover, return to work and achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes. This is a varied, community-based role working across workplaces, homes and the wider community. You will manage your own caseload and work closely with clients and their whānau, employers, ACC, rehabilitation providers and other health professionals to develop practical rehabilitation plans and support clients through their recovery journey. Depending on your experience and interests, there may also be opportunities to work across our wider range of community rehabilitation services and ACC contracts. A company car, laptop and mobile phone are provided for business use, along with reimbursement of your APC. Flexible working options are also available. The Community Contracts team is based alongside the Motus Support Office team on Sir William Pickering Drive in Burnside. We are looking for a NZ registered and qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with previous clinical experience and an interest in vocational rehabilitation.
