About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist with a background in clinical pharmacy to join our Emergency Department team. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation, all within a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment. You’ll be involved in medication reconciliation, patient education, service development, and the mentoring and supervision of early career pharmacists. Your strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships will be key to delivering excellent patient care and contributing meaningfully to the wider ED team. About the Service Te Whatu Ora Taranaki employs approximately 350 allied health professionals across its services, and we’re growing our inpatient physical health rehabilitation team by 60%. You will be joining a friendly team that is diverse in skills and experience, a team that welcomes collaboration and that values the contribution of each team member. Our team provides rehabilitation care across acute and non-acute inpatient wards as part of Allied Health, and we’re happy to support other teams to ensure their success. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (NZ) or equivalent as well as: Hold a valid and current NZ APC or be willing to get one At least 3 years previous experience in a hospital pharmacy A strong focus on medication safety and patient care About Taranaki Do you want to work for an employer known for their focus on employee wellness?
