This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone keen to start or build their career in administration or customer service. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, Friday to Tuesday role. What does this role entail? This role is ideal for a customer-focused and highly organised individual who enjoys providing excellent service, supporting sales processes, and ensuring the smooth day to day operations of a busy branch. Answering calls and directing enquiries appropriately. Assisting customers with paperwork and data entry. Processing payments and issuing receipts. Supporting auction and Sales & Cash Now processes. Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records. Receiving and releasing vehicles. Completing NZTA transactions and compliance-related tasks. Providing general administrative support to the branch team.
