Senior Restoration Technician - Future Branch Manager RESTATE Property Restoration – Christchurch, South Island Know restoration but want more? Help establish RESTATE Christchurch and build toward branch management, regional leadership and potentially future ownership. If you already know restoration, this could be considerably bigger than your next technician role. RESTATE is developing its Christchurch operation and we're looking for an experienced restoration professional with the capability and ambition to eventually lead it. We're not simply looking for someone who can set up drying equipment and run restoration jobs. We're looking for someone who wants to understand the whole business — technical restoration, estimating, project management, customers, commercial performance, people and eventually branch leadership. Initially you'll be RESTATE's primary operator in Greater Christchurch and remain highly hands‑on. But as Christchurch grows, we want the right person to grow beyond the tools. Then retain the technical responsibilities from your existing version.
