Contact Centre Representative | Auckland Support Office Full-time Region: New Zealand Ops Support Office Contact Centre Representative | Full Time | Auckland Support Office Are you an experienced Contact Centre Representative who loves helping people and providing exceptional customer service? Abano Healthcare is looking for a confident, friendly and customer-focused Contact Centre Representative to join our team at our Auckland Support Office. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous call centre experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage a high volume of enquiries and is passionate about creating a positive customer experience. As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be an important first point of contact for our patients and practices. You’ll use your dental knowledge and customer service skills to provide helpful, professional and efficient support. Your responsibilities will include: Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and records across phone, email, and online platforms. Assist with insurance queries, payment options, and general service information. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure clear communication and quality care. Address patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. About you: Previous call centre or contact centre experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with people and can provide excellent customer service in a busy environment. You will ideally have: Previous contact centre or call centre experience – essential Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential. Full training and support will be provided, so if you have strong contact centre experience and are keen to learn about the dental industry, we’d love to hear from you. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly manner. Good computer literacy, including the ability to manage scheduling software and databases. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple communication channels.
