As the Gardening Team Leader at Groundswell Landscapes, you'll lead a team of 2-5 individuals in the upkeep of some of Queenstown's most esteemed gardens. With your guidance, ensure excellence in every aspect of our gardening projects, from client communication to project management and team leadership. Your role is integral to upholding our standards of quality and achieving customer satisfaction at every turn. Gardening tasks, including weeding, trimming, fertilising, mowing, dethatching, coring, and seasonal maintenance. Schedule work for your team and keep clients updated. Assess trees and plants for health and provide treatments where needed. Handle irrigation checks, repairs, and installations where needed.
