About The Role

We're looking for a Licenced Cadastral Surveyor with a solid understanding and experience of the NZ Cadastral system.

This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of diverse and interesting land development projects in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.

You'll be managing your own projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and Council staff, and playing a key role in helping us deliver on our promise of exceptional service.

What You'll Bring

A tertiary qualification in Cadastral Surveying

Expert knowledge of the NZ Cadastral system

Advanced engineering design skills

Proficiency with 12d software and Landonline

Familiarity with Leice Total stations, Topcon GPS, and machine control

Ability to work closely with Developers, Engineers, Architects, Planners, Contractors, and Council staff

Capability managing projects

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes independently

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Ability to provide positive mentoring and leadership to our junior team members
