Working in an HR Consultancy is a bit different to internal HR or People and Culture teams. It requires flexibility and speed being able to adapt to clients with different ways of operating personalities decision making as well as different cultures. Whats similar is that you get to build partnerships improve clients leadership and management capability solve real problems and do work you can be really proud of.

Some days our work is strategic some days its a bit wild some days its compliance or recruitment focused. But every day you will get variety and work with an amazing group of people experts who have a serious passion for they do creating partnerships and solutions that we are all proud of.

We need someone senior - business partner level or intermediate level and ready to step up. Team fit matters to us. Genuinely. But more than that we want someone who brings their true self to work.
