Summary

Join Wise Groups Property & Assets team and help deliver the maintenance facilitiescomplianceand capital works that keep our national property portfoliooperatingsafely and effectively. Working alongside Project Managerscontractorsand stakeholders across New Zealandyoullplayan important rolein coordinating projects from planning through to completion while helping improve the systems and processes that support the team.

Mōtēneitūrangamahi About the role

Reporting to the Property & Assets Manageryoullhelp coordinate the delivery of maintenance compliancefacilitiesand capital works activities across Wise Groups national property portfolio.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You might be coordinating contractor documentation supporting procurement activities preparing governance reports tracking project budgets organising stakeholder meetings or helping solve the issues that keep projects moving.

Youllalso contribute to improving the systems templates and processes that support the Property & Assets team making thisa great opportunityfor someone who enjoys finding better ways of working.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenancerefurbishmentand capital works projects from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate project documentation procurement activitiesreportingand project records.
  • Build positive working relationships with contractorsconsultantsand internal stakeholders.
  • Support governancecomplianceand contract administration across the property portfolio.
  • Monitor project progressactionsand budgets helping ensure work stays on track.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve systemstemplatesand ways of working across the Property & Assets team.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional after-hours workrequiredto support operational needs.

Werelooking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments takes ownership of their work and gets satisfaction from helping a teamoperateat its best.

Youdontneed to have worked in property before. Ifyouvecoordinated projectsoperationsor complex administrative work in another industrywedlove to hear from you.

Youllbe successful if you:

  • Enjoy organising multiple pieces of work and keeping things moving.
  • Take ownership and follow work through to completion.
  • Build positive working relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Have a practical solutions-focused approach and enjoy improving the way work gets done.
  • Are comfortable learning new systemsprocessesand subject matter.

Experience that would be helpful

  • Experience coordinating projectsoperationsor complex administrative activities.
  • Exposure to procurement contract administrationreportingor document management.
  • Experience in property facilities or construction is an advantage but not essential.

Youllalso need

  • Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word.
  • A current full New Zealand drivers licence.
  • A commitment to working in a way that reflects the principles ofTeTiriti o Waitangi and supports the values of Wise Group.
