We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our dedicated team as junior syndicate leader / junior classroom teacher.

Our junior teaching team is a group of energetic, committed, and passionate educators looking for a leader who can effectively guide and mentor their professional growth both individually and collectively. This is a role for an inspirational leader who can foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

The successful candidate must also be a highly skilled classroom practitioner who excels as an effective communicator and collaborator, demonstrating a strong, measurable commitment to improving student outcomes. Experience and expertise in structured literacy are essential, as you will be expected to contribute actively to the continued development and implementation of this within the junior school.

This position comes with one permanent management unit. Additional fixed-term units may be negotiated depending on skills and experience. The teaching position will be in a Y2–3 classroom (year level negotiable).
