Chapman Tripp is looking for a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (17 PQE) to join the firms broader energy and infrastructure sector practices on project finance work-streams.
You will play a key role advising on the financing structuring and delivery of New Zealands most complex and high-profile projects from major infrastructure developments to energy transition initiatives and public-private partnerships.

Youll be part of a nationally recognised team advising on:
- Project finance and structured finance transactions
- Major infrastructure and energy developments
- Public-private partnerships (PPPs)
- Acquisitions development and funding of large-scale assets
Youll gain exposure to end-to-end transactions collaborating with leading clients and high-performing multidisciplinary teams across the firm.
