About the role: Typically working on projects $10-30mil, the role will include but not be limited to: Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner A high level of programming and planning Liaising with clients and consultants Overseeing a site-based team Client management Maintaining the highest standards of safety Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the site team, ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Plan and coordinate all aspects of site operations, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. Ensure compliance with current construction regulations and industry best practices. Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring all site activities adhere to strict health and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control. Skills and Experience: Trade qualified with 5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role (Commercial or Residential). Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills. In-depth knowledge of current construction regulations and industry best practices. Proven ability to lead teams and effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders. High attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
