If you're tech-savvy, people-focused, and passionate about making a difference, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose.What You'll DoAs a Service Coordinator, you'll : Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living homesLead and support a team of dedicated staffCoordinate a School Holiday Programme including venue, staff, and studentsMonitor health, wellbeing, and lifestyle outcomes for the people we supportFacilitate connections for the people we support with the communityCollaborate with whanau and health professionals to deliver high-quality, individualised servicesManage budgets and resources effectivelyWhat You'll BringA Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Services, or a related field (e.g. psychology, teaching, health, social work, or management)Experience in the health, disability, or social services sectorStrong people management and leadership skillsClear communication skills, and ability to communicate compassionately with whanauConfidence using digital tools and systems (Word, email, browsers, etc.)Budgeting and resource management experienceA full NZ Class 1 driver's licenceIdeally, you're local to Whangarei and familiar with the communityWhy Join Spectrum Care?
