About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Management Consultant to join our professional team.

The successful candidate will provide management and strategic advice to clients across various industries, focusing on improving business performance, governance, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse organisational structures, management systems, and financial performance.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Conduct business process reviews and risk assessments.

Advise on tax and trust structures, business planning, and financial management.

Prepare analytical and management reports with clear recommendations.

Collaborate with directors and accounting teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience in management consulting, accounting, or business advisory.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

Experience in a professional accounting or advisory environment is preferred.
