About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated senior nurse to provide leadership to a team of Public Health Nurses (PHN) and related roles.
Reporting to the Manager, Community and Whanau Wellbeing, this role is a full time permanent opportunity based at Counties Manukau.
This role is informed by clinical expertise, and knowledge of population health models, theory and principles.
In conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) leads a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving, promoting and protecting public health.
Management of the team is a key function of this role including monitoring and driving service delivery.
This role is an integral part of the senior nursing team, contributing to and supporting programmes of transformational change and service integration.

About you
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll be able to work collaboratively across the sector and organisational boundaries to influence the nursing contribution to better outcomes for our whanau and communities.
You will be an experienced Senior Registered Nurse with proven expert nursing knowledge and skills to provide support to lead a team.
