Sales Manager

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected industrial business for a motivated Sales Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (around 20 hours per week, ideally 4 x 5-hour days).

This role combines business development and account management , offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact. You’ll be building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape the sales strategy alongside management.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial or technical B2B sales
• Background in chemicals, adhesives or coatings (an advantage)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
• Confident working with small to mid-sized businesses
• Current driver’s licence and good computer literacy

$48.60 per hour + Kiwisaver

Mileage, laptop, and phone provided

Optional commission for performance above targets
