Turn complex financial and loan-level data into accurate, compliant insights that shape decisions at both organisational and regulatory levels.

If you’re the kind of analyst who’s curious, commercially aware, and loves getting into the “why” behind the numbers, this role gives you a front‑row seat to some of the most impactful projects in the bank.

Where you come in

You’re the questioner, not just the optimiser.

While engineers focus on building and efficiency, your superpower is digging into loan‑level datasets, understanding the financial story underneath, and translating it into clear, defensible reporting.

You build strong relationships across Finance and Data, you move quickly, and you care deeply about accuracy, structure, and logic. Bonus points if you can think like a treasurer or financial controller — or at least enjoy learning how financial models fit together.

The challenge & opportunity

Your first three major projects sit directly in the regulatory spotlight :

• Loan‑level reporting
• Reporting for compliance
• Further work embedding consistency across business units as they uplift financial reporting and modernise their data ecosystem

You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller / Treasurer that reports to the CFO, giving you exposure to both commercial decision‑making and technical delivery.
