Loans Analyst X2 (Auckland & Wellington)

Our client, a respected non-bank lender, are looking for a detail-driven lending professional to join their team as a Loans Analyst and contribute to the assessment and execution of quality lending opportunities across owner-occupied, investment, and development lending.

THE ROLE

Assess and process home loan applications for owner-occupied and investment lending

Contribute to the preparation of loan offers and instructions to solicitors

Check documentation and assist with settlements and renewals

Help manage client files, the loan pipeline, and reporting

Support the BDM team and Adviser network in delivering great customer outcomes

Ensure compliance across all lending

ABOUT YOU

2+ years' experience in home lending, ideally across both owner-occupied and investment lending

Exposure to development finance and commercial lending, including reading QS reports, understanding consents, and working with FESOs preferred but not essential

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail

Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment

A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
