Our team is responsible for developing a high quality mobile and web-app, to give farmers the best experience possible.

About the role

As Lead Flutter Engineer, you'll lead the development of new features and scaling of the product, while mentoring and guiding a skilled team of technical, innovative and product-focused individuals.

Your mission will be to deliver the best software to farmers, inspired by their needs and innovative day-to-day usage.

You will foster a culture of best practices, lead by example and influence decision-making with your expertise.

Your leadership and technical knowledge will shape team growth and bring fresh perspectives.

You’ll be responsible for

• Designing technical features and processes.
• Implementing features and maintaining the product.
• Leading and mentoring your team by promoting best practices, performance, and reliability.
• Setting code and performance standards through code reviews and discussions.
• Helping assess roadmap priorities and deliverability.
• Executing and overseeing DevOps processes.
