Kaimahi Hauora / Support Worker (Homecare) - Fitzherbert

We’re looking for Support Workers (Kaimahi Hauora) to join our team at Drake Medox , supporting an active client with complex needs. If you’re someone who’s energetic, reliable, and keen to make a real impact, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

You’ll be working one‑on‑one with a client who’s living life to the fullest, with a bit of extra support. Your day might include helping with personal care, getting out into the community, and supporting independence at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily Support : Help with personal care, mobility, meals, and keeping things running smoothly at home.
• Community Connection : Support your client to get out and about—whether it’s appointments, social outings, or hobbies.
• Teamwork : Work closely with our clinical team and coordinators to make sure everything’s on point.
• Empowerment : Encourage independence and help your client live life their way.
