About the role Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of project team priorities through coordination organisation and process support. You will work across a range of tasks ensuring information flows smoothly deadlines are met and stakeholders are supported.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling your team to deliver outcomes that contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work at home and everywhere in between.
The appointing salary for this role is $67442 $81680 based on experience ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution optional life and income protection insurance.

You will bring:
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience in financial tracking budget tracking and supporting review cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging with stakeholders
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate information and processes
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and planning capability to meet deadlines consistently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolset especially excel
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application
