HR Advisor at Healthvision, you would be responsible for : Providing end-to-end support across the full employee lifecycleLiase, coach and support line managers through ER issues from leading investigations to supporting performance improvement and disciplinary processes.Ensure that care / behaviour reflects the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitagagi.Participate in key change management initiatives for the organisation.Upskilling, and keeping abreast of relevant legislation changes and its impact on the organisation.To be successful in this role, you would ideally have a creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence others.

You would have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and establish relationships and : Have proven work experience as a Generalist HR Advisor or HR Consultant.Be organised, flexible and have the energy, drive and passion to see projects through to completion.Have a sound understanding of HR best practices and NZ employment legislations.Ability to think pragmatically and provide sound advice on a range of HR & ER issues.A high level of working independently is a must.A tertiary qualification in HR or Business-related qualification.Self-driven, results-oriented and excellent time management skillsYou should have the right to work legally and permanently in New Zealand.
