About the Role

As a NZRC CORE Instructor with Triple One Care, you will :

  • Deliver NZRC CORE courses (Skills, Immediate, and Advanced) in line with NZ Resuscitation Council standards.
  • Act as Course Director where required, ensuring quality teaching, smooth delivery, and compliance with NZRC requirements.
  • Coordinate all aspects of course administration, certification, and reporting.
  • Submit participant documentation and course evaluations promptly after each course.
  • Maintain your instructor certification and contribute to the ongoing development of our training team.
  • Work closely with our National Training Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality training experiences across New Zealand.

About You

You will bring :

  • Current NZRC CORE Instructor certification (with up-to-date provider credentials).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering NZRC CORE courses, ideally 12+ months.
  • A healthcare background and sound knowledge of resuscitation practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage course logistics.
  • Commitment to professional development and ongoing alignment with NZRC standards.

  • Contract role , flexible and based on agreed course schedules.
  • Courses may be delivered across New Zealand - travel may be required.
  • Competitive daily / hourly contract rate (negotiable, based on experience).
