We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our friendly General Practice.

The "fit" is essential to join our supportive team environment where we all work closely together and strive to provide excellence in health care.

Located in the heart of Grey Lynn, we have fantastic patients and are keen to develop our nurse clinics and services for our patients and the community.

We provide GP services, travel consultations, vaccinations, skin care and treatment with minor surgery.

This is a Permanent position working 32 hours across 4 days across Monday to Friday.

Do you have what we are looking for?

A current New Zealand practicing certificate with prior experience in a medical centre (desirable)

Competent in areas of nursing in either or both primary and secondary care

Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.

Postgraduate nursing qualifications (or if you are working towards one) and / or specialisation is highly desirable; such as travel or occupational health, prescribing or long-term conditions

Willing to continually learn and improve

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong rapport with team members.

You will ideally hold current CPR certificate

Immunisation and smear taker certificates is desirable but not essential
