About the role
This is your chance to work alongside industry leaders Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers on premium corporate and commercial matters, including capital raising, M&A, private equity, venture capital, and corporate advisory.
You will work directly with a diverse client base, and you will find plenty of variety and challenge in your day to day. You will build close relationships and work with the firm’s wider Corporate Commercial Teams, providing you the ideal environment to grow and advance your career.
What you will bring
This role is based in our Ōtepoti Dunedin office, and we have great relocation support packages for the right candidate.
You’ll have at least 4 years’ PQE in Corporate Commercial law, strong technical skills, and the confidence to engage with clients. Ambitious and proactive, you’ll thrive in a supportive environment with opportunities for complex work and career progression.
You will also have exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust. You will be highly responsive, organised and able to manage a wide variety of tasks.
