Responsibilities

Assist customers with gardening needs and product recommendations

Provide excellent customer service and support to the Garden department team

Show enthusiasm, teamwork and willingness to learn

Adapt to changing customer needs and maintain good time management

Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Handle physical tasks as required, including frequent heavy lifting

Qualifications

Passion for gardening

Enthusiasm and team spirit

Good time management

A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible

Willingness to learn

Excellent communication skills

Frequent heavy lifting involved

Role Details

This role is 40 hours a week - rostered hours will include a weekend day.
