The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our Wellington store. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, maintain stock levels, and ensure our customers always receive outstanding service.

This is a permanent position offering 30 to 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $32 to $37 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and merchandising.
• Handle cash management, banking, and daily reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
