Aquatics Lifeguard

About the role
Enjoy an active role in our Aquatic Centre where you will play an important part in the day-to-day running of our recently extended and modern facility.
This is a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) working a set roster.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
Maintain a safe environment for all our customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our facility users.
Pro-actively supervise the pool environment to prevent incidents, accidents, emergencies, and hazards.
Work schedule
Week One
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 1 : 30 pm – 9 : 30 pm
Friday – 7 : 00 am – 3 : 00 pm
Saturday and Sunday – 8 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm
Week Two
Monday – 5 : 30 am – 1 : 30 pm
Tuesday, Thursday – 7 : 00 am – 3 : 00 pm
Friday – 5 : 30 am – 1 : 30 pm
About you
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Effective communicator.
Passion for community safety and wellness.
Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
Proactive, motivated, and keen to learn.
Confident swimming ability and ability to pass a swim test.
