Role Overview
- Position : AI Model Evaluator – Contractor, Remote
- Commitment : 10–20 hours weekly, potential to scale to 40 hours
- Duration : Initial commitment of 1–2 months, with opportunities for extension
- Mission : Evaluate AI models in biology to identify and mitigate potential failures in research protocols.
Responsibilities
Evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated content in biological research protocols.Identify potential failure modes in biological research and suggest mitigation strategies.Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs in the field of biology.Develop evaluation rubrics for assessing AI models' understanding of biological research methodologies.Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
Current Ph.D. student or higher degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Immunology, or related field2+ years of wet lab experienceExtensive familiarity with research methods / protocolsExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
