Join the Ministry of Justice – New Zealand as the Manager, Reporting & Advice.

This highly influential Tier 4 role leads the Reporting and Advice team, creating insights and advice for leaders across the justice sector.

In this leadership role you will work closely with the General Manager Sector Insights and the wider Sector Insights Management Team, delivering high-quality reporting and advice that enables decisions that improve justice outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the team.

Deliver quality reporting and advice.

Enable decisions that improve justice outcomes.

Skills and Experience

Leading a team that produces analytical reporting and advice that enable decision-making.

Demonstrated success in a management role in a medium or large organisation.

Experience as a member of a collective management team.

Working with Ministers and key stakeholders across government.

Communicating with a wide range of audiences on a range of complex issues.

Relationship management with an emphasis on collaborative working.

Working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications for the Ministry of Justice.

A tertiary degree in a relevant field.

Salary

Salary for this role will be between $148,972 and $206,570 based on skills and experience.
