5 Working Day : Mon - Fri

Office Hour : 8 : 30am - 6pm

Location : One North (Need to travel to client side)

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Conducting site survey and preparing the project proposal

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Technical Support & Engineering

Review technical drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants for feasibility studies and design optimization.

Assist in managing technical queries and clarifications from various stakeholders.

Site Supervision

Conduct regular check and ad-hoc meetings with Project team and stakeholders to review project progress

Highlight critical issues / changes, review operational efficiencies, improve workflows and processes

Share knowledge, provide guidance and resolve problems in a timely manner, so that efficiency and productivity are maximized.

Quality Assurance & Control

Ensure project team adheres to QA / QC procedures throughout all phases of the project.

Code of business ethics to eliminate non-conformance and re-works.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices

Ensure projects comply with market standards

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Promote and enforce Safety Protocol

Ensures compliance with the company's SOPs & HSE policies
