National Fleet Manager

WasteCo is a proudly New Zealand owned, publicly listed, environmental service company, experiencing strong national growth. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Fleet Manager to lead our fleet strategy, enhance operational performance and drive technology integration across our nationwide operations.

This role is based in Christchurch, with regular national travel.

About the Role

As National Fleet Manager, you’ll lead the strategic and operational management of our fleet across all sites. You’ll oversee internal workshops, external maintenance providers, and fleet systems, ensuring our vehicles are safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

This is a key leadership role with influence across all levels of the business. You’ll coach and develop regional teams, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.
