In this role, you will support Construction Project Managers throughout the demolition, planning, construction and defecting phases while actively contributing to daily stand‑ups, integration events, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll manage RFIs, liaise with architects and consultants, Build Partners and oversee demolition activities, including pricing, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring safe asbestos removal.
Your responsibilities also include attending site visits, monitoring health and safety compliance, managing stakeholder relationships with councils, utilities, and iwi, and ensuring risk management, quality assurance, and legislative compliance. Additionally, you'll assist with organising pre‑start meetings, reporting progress, mitigating variances, and completing close‑out documentation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
This role is part of a highly focused team that works together in Addington office during set hours Monday to Friday.
