The Role : Senior Business Analyst

Based in our Palmerston North office, supporting our dynamic organisation's growth.

Your responsibilities include :

Assessing, analysing, and documenting requirements

Defining new business processes

Facilitating workshops

Creating backlogs

Providing support through the Business Analysis practice

About You :

To succeed, you'll need :

5+ years as a Business Analyst in an agile environment

Excellent communication skills

Proven relationship-building experience

A creative problem-solving mindset

Experience with both technical and business solutions (Technical BA experience is a plus)
