Sales Manager – Property Development

Join a leading property development company with major residential projects across Wellington City and the Kapiti Coast. We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our internal sales team and external agent network across multiple active developments.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage sales staff and external agents, and ensure strong performance across our onsite sales suites. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of developments including :

• Sections
• House & land packages
• Off-the-plan villas & townhouses
• Apartments
• Retirement - Independent Living Units

This is a key leadership role working directly with the Principal / Chairman.
